Facility Description

The 10-story building has a stepped rooftop with a green hill called "Parks Garden." It was designed by the same architect who designed Roppongi Hills in Tokyo, with the image of an "aerial city." It is also attractive for its stylish bars, cafes and restaurants, Osaka's largest cinema complex, and beautiful illuminations. It is a little-known tourist spot in Namba, Osaka.
